Since meeting Hayley in June 2022, she has re sparked my love for the gym. Hayley is very motivating and will always put her all into helping her clients meet their goals.

Before starting with Hayley I was very intimidated walking into the gym and not having a "plan". I now work with Hayley both in person and online and I love that she does all of the thinking and planning for me, making the first step of getting to the gym less intimidating.

I would not be where I am without her guidance, both physically and mentally. I would recommend her to anyone new to the gym or anyone looking for some extra motivation and challenges.
