Personal Training 1-1

Train with me in a 1 on 1 personal training session. Located at Natural Fit, Mount Maunganui. Ideal for anyone who needs accountability, motivation, technique cues, one on one learning or someone who wants an extra push from having a trainer in the space with them.

What you receive -

A 30, 45 or 60 minute session tailored to your goals and training needs. Coached by me the whole session, providing you with technique improvements, motivation to push that little bit harder than you would on your own, with plenty of fun and chats along the way.

$50.00 / $75.00 / $85.00 NZD respectively

Online Coaching

My online coaching spaces are strictly limited and clients will need to show dedication and commitment to be a part of this team.

With online coaching you will receive 100% personalised training plans, updated every 6 weeks. These plans will be tailored to your goals and will progress you through movements to get you to your goals more efficiently. They will also take into consideration any injuries, your current training level and experience.

This can be for home based or gym based training.

What you receive -

Personalised training plans updated every 6 weeks according to your goals, training progress and needs.

Training plans tailored to how many days per week you are wanting to train.

Access to a coaching app which includes full communication with me for questions, feedback and form checks, data entry to see and track your progress through your program including your training weights, sets and reps, video demonstration of exercises, as well as the ability to share videos and photos with me.

Minimum of 6 week blocks required, between $40 - $50 per week

Personal Training 1-1 and Online Coaching Package

Train with me in a 1-1 personal training session once per week (45 minutes) and also receive online coaching delivered via an app. My online coaching spaces are strictly limited and clients will need to show dedication and commitment to be a part of this team.

This option is ideal for anyone who needs accountability, motivation, technique cues, one on one learning or wants that extra push from having a trainer in the space with them regularly. Also best suited for someone who needs more guidance and structure for their training outside of our 1-1 personal training sessions.

What you receive -

One 45 minute personal training session weekly which is custom programmed for you based around your goals, ability level and injuries.

A 100% personalised training plan, updated every 6 weeks according to your goals, training progress and needs. These plans will be tailored to your goals and will progress you through movements supplementary to our 1-1 personal training sessions.

Access to a coaching app which includes full communication with me for questions, feedback and form checks, data entry to see and track your progress through your program including your training weights, sets and reps, video demonstration of exercises, as well as the ability to share videos and photos with me.

$100.00 per week

Hayley has been an essential part of my weight loss journey post gastric sleeve surgery. I’ve been training with Hayley from my initial weight loss to maintaining a healthy weight and gaining strength. I’ve transformed my body and mind with her support and skills. Hayley has helped to keep me accountable with my fitness but also has encouraged me in having a healthy mindset which has been vital to enjoying the results that have come. Before training with Hayley, I found exercise very daunting but since training with her, I get so excited for my weekly sessions! With any fitness goal I’ve had that I thought was impossible, Hayley has programmed into a personalised training plan for me, breaking it down and progressing on variations of it over time until I can achieve it. I started online training with Hayley at the end of last year when I injured my hip. Hayleys programming initially helped me rehabilitate my hip. This rehab program was challenging and fun, and allowed my hip to recover and gain strength. Now my programs focus on strength and conditioning. Her programming is innovative and prevents me from getting  bored. She knows how to challenge her clients and ensure progress.

Online Training Client

I am definitely not the most confident, coordinated or committed when it comes to being active. I have struggled to get back into fitness post injury and can easily feel intimidated and anxious inside a gym. Working with Hayley has totally changed the way I feel about fitness.

Our sessions are the highlight of my week; Hayley has great intuition for what I am capable of (usually more than I think) and how much to challenge me. Every workout is different and varied, and she is quick to point out when she notices improvements - not to mention we always have a laugh too. Since we've started working together my mental health is so much stronger, I am less stressed and more energetic, I have a new appreciation for what my body is capable of, and am much more confident in my own skin.
